We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@fentizollc.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide a return address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For orders placed outside of our primary service areas, international returns may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, or other charges. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, and these will not be refunded.
